Parent Responsibilities and Cooperation Guidelines

Parent support and cooperation are essential to the successful operation and continued growth of the school. Parents are expected to help maintain the school’s reputation and actively contribute to building a positive learning environment.

Active Participation and Volunteer Responsibilities Parents are expected to actively participate in school and PTA activities, fulfill assigned duty shifts, and assist with other volunteer tasks on scheduled dates.

Promoting School Rules and Student Discipline Parents are responsible for explaining school rules to their children and ensuring that they follow them. If a student damages school property, the parent will be held financially responsible for the repair or replacement costs.

Respect School Assignments and Maintain Open Communication Parents are expected to respect the school’s decisions regarding class placements and classroom assignments. Any concerns or requests should be communicated through the PTA or directly to the principal or administrative team.

Maintain Classroom and Campus Order During class time, parents are not allowed to enter classrooms without permission from the school or the teacher. Please refrain from loud conversations in hallways to avoid disrupting classes.

Monitor Academic Progress and Support Learning at Home Parents should stay informed about their child’s homework, teacher expectations, and school announcements. Parents are expected to assist and encourage their child to complete assignments and tasks assigned by the teachers and the school.

Follow Drop-off and Pick-up Guidelines for Campus Safety Parents should complete drop-off and pick-up promptly to avoid traffic congestion. Vehicles must be parked in legal, designated areas. Any fines or towing fees resulting from illegal parking are the sole responsibility of the parent.

Pick Up Students on Time Parents must pick up their children within the designated time after class. The school is not responsible for any incidents that occur if a student remains on campus after school hours without supervision.

Follow Campus Posting and Commercial Activity Policies Posting personal advertisements or distributing unauthorized notices on campus is strictly prohibited without prior approval. Any business or individual wishing to conduct commercial activities on campus must obtain permission from the principal in advance.
